Direct-drive and precision-machined die-cast turntable

The built-in direct drive is particularly powerful and is characterised by low synchronisation fluctuations. Unlike a belt-driven turntable, the VNL-500 USB transfers motor power directly to the drive hub - so higher torque generates power faster to the precision-machined die-cast platter.

Precise pitch adjustment

The pitch section with a range of +/-10 % is also suitable for the finest speed adjustments.

Statically balanced S tonearm

The VNL-500 USB features a statically balanced S-shaped tonearm with hydraulic lift and anti-skating mechanism. A wide range of cartridge systems can be connected via the universal cartridge connector (SME).

USB audio output for digitising records

The record player offers a digital USB output for direct and easy digitisation of records. Connect a computer to the USB port, start the recording software and recording can begin. No driver installation is necessary.

Built in phono stage

The integrated phono preamplifier allows you to connect to any phono or line input on your amplifier, with no need for a separate earth cable.

Scratch-resistant surface and damping cabinet construction

The scratch-resistant surface in brushed look is equipped with buttons for start/stop and speed for 33 1/3 and 45 RPM vinyl. The robust construction, with optimised damping properties, reduces vibration and shock-absorbing feet add further insulation.

With pick-up (by Ortofon) and matching headshell
